[0:00] You can't get on the block to jump it. And I got out of the car, walked around the cars, got to the corner, and [music] saw this debris coming down off the building. And as that debris got closer to the ground, I realized [music] it wasn't debris, it was people. And they were jumping one, two, three at a time. Over the next [music] four or five minutes, I guess, I watched a couple dozen people jump from the building to the ground. They were hitting the ground on Vesey, the courtyard between one and two. When they hit the ground, they basically evaporated.
