The captors transported the narrator to what is described as a 'dungeon,' a room reportedly reaching 120°F. A woman referred to as 'Mom' repeatedly called on speakerphone and actively directed the abuse — instructing the captors to place the narrator in a specific corner to prevent any breeze from reaching them, and explicitly ordering that water be withheld. At one point, 'Mom' is heard saying she would prefer to 'shoot every one of these motherf***ers.'
