Benton County Board of Commissioners held a public hearing to reconsider their November 17, 2025 decision approving Valley's conditional use permit to expand Coffin Butte landfill. The board voted to reopen the record solely to consider a new DEQ letter, establishing a timeline for written testimony with deadlines through February 10th and scheduling continued deliberations for March 3rd, 2026.
