Summary
In the podcast episode of Impact Theory, host Tom Bilyeu interviews Noah Galloway, a retired Army sergeant who lost his left arm and leg due to an IED explosion while serving in Iraq. Galloway delves into his life experiences starting from enlisting in the military after 9/11, his struggles with depression following his injury, and the journey of rebuilding himself through fitness and service. He candidly discusses how his initial depression transformed him from a vibrant individual into one characterized by anger and addiction, causing significant personal issues including a broken marriage.
