2026 is undisputedly the year of agents. For years, we were talking about these things, but now they are actually here and they are changing how we do work, at least on an individual level. The thing is, not all of our work happens on an individual level. Most of us, in fact, split our work pretty comfortably between work that we do on our own and work that we do in teams.
