Ryan showcases multiple watches with significant personal history: a black Rolex GMT that has traveled to Yemen, Iraq, Afghanistan, and numerous other countries and served as emergency barter currency during his CIA work; and a white gold Rolex Submariner. He explains how he wears valuable, recognizable items like Rolex watches as a tactical tool during CIA operations—able to quickly trade them for transportation or resources without drawing weapons.

The spiritual and sentimental section features several religious items including rosaries blessed by Father Ree Gill from Medjugorje, a Bible-like daily devotional called 'Jesus Speaks' that he reads every morning, and a St. Benedict crucifix used by exorcists. He explains that he recently experienced spiritual difficulties and has been reading prayers of deliverance from Father Ripperger, a world-renowned exorcist.

For weapons and tools, Ryan details his evolution from carrying a Glock 17 during CIA days, to a Glock 19, then the Glock 43 which he modified with skateboard tape for grip, to the SIG Sauer P365 which he credits as revolutionary for its 12-round double-row magazine design. He then moved to the P365 Macro, and now carries the unreleased P385, which he states is the first one outside the factory and features a flat trigger safety, a 'gas pedal' lever, aggressively textured grip, adjustable magazine strap, and direct optic mounting.

Ryan also covers security and privacy technology including the OMG cable (a charger with a chip that can intercept keystrokes and passwords), the Glacier app and WiFi router for secure browsing, and a signal detector for identifying eavesdropping attempts. He emphasizes the importance of carrying a tourniquet and knowing how to use it, sharing a story about one of his team members whose tourniquet saved an elderly woman's life. The video concludes with practical items like flashlights, battery packs, knives from various makers, brass knuckles from Eddie Gallagher, and mentions his Vigilance Elite gummy bears.
