[0:02] AI anxiety is nothing new. Open the pod bay doors, HAL. I'm sorry, Dave, I'm afraid I can't do that. But now that the technology is here, AI dread has hit a peak. First, a tweet from a former OpenAI and Anthropic researcher went viral. The people building AI earnestly believe that it could kill us all by the end of the decade. Then the top AI executives called for a slowdown. A real fear that some of these companies, or some companies developing AI, could get too much power [0:32] and be able to sort of exert undue influence on the economy, push a worldview out on people. And I think the world is right to be afraid…
