Russia's Oreshnik Missile: Kyiv & Kharkiv in the Crosshairs
A military analyst presents their assessment that Russian strikes on Ukraine are part of a coordinated, pre-planned offensive that will intensify over coming months in conjunction with ground operations. The speaker predicts the Oreshnik missile will eventually be used to target Ukrainian command systems and underground bunkers in Kyiv, Kharkiv, and Dnipro.
Summary
The speaker opens by stating their personal view that recent Russian strikes represent part of a larger, pre-prepared strategic plan targeting Kyiv. They argue these strikes are not isolated incidents but rather components of a coordinated military campaign. The analyst anticipates a steady escalation in the intensity of these strikes over the coming months. A key element of their assessment is that these strikes are tightly synchronized with Russian ground force movements and operations. The speaker reiterates a previously stated belief that the Oreshnik missile system will eventually be employed against Ukrainian command and control infrastructure, specifically targeting command positions and underground bunkers. They expect these targets to include not only Kyiv but also other major Ukrainian cities including Kharkiv and Dnipro (Dnepropetrovsk).

And I also believe as I've said many times that sooner or later and eventually the archnik indeed will be used to attack the command systems and command positions including the underground bunkers in Kiev itself and probably Kharkov and Nepro as well. So anyway, that's my own view about this
