This is that the Russian counter intelligence agency the FSB has now established very extensive agent networks in Ukraine itself. And these networks, some of the people in these networks [0:30] have apparently been sending requests to Moscow. They've been saying that they've been able to do all sorts of, shall we say, covert actions inside Ukraine, assassination, sabotage, things of that kind. and they've been asking for permission to do them.
